This month I have chosen Rachel Bilson for my StyleSeen pick. Rachel has become somewhat of a style icon for young women ever since her days on The OC, playing spoilt, rich teen, Summer Roberts. And, like her alter ego,  rarely does she put a foot wrong when it comes to fashion.
