This type of website suits a business that wishes to have a web presence and provide their customers with information on what the business does, operating hours, pricing lists, contact forms etc and can also be utilised for regular updates on your business news.
This also suits people or businesses who wish to start a blog.
Included in the package are the following:
- Creation and customisation of a website template using Wordpress
- Customisation of website header to incorporate your logo
- Creation of up to 10 web pages
- Upload of up to 25 images
- Creation of newsletter/database sign up box
- Creation of 2 email addresses
- Creation of 1 spam-proof form (contact form, enquiry form or quote form)
- Creation of website links to your facebook and twitter pages
- Backend information supplied and brief training provided (if required) to enable you to use your website
Website creation – Using Joomla (CMS) Content Management System - Price $1550
If you like the look of the Stylescene website than this option is for you. This is a Content Management System which is a lot more complicated than the option above. The options are endless in what is possible with Joomla. Your website could look like a newspaper and could have a database of articles and writers or you might be a personal trainer who wants to provide tips on health and fitness and also use your website to keep track of your clients weigh loss progress….the options are endless
Included in the package are the following:
- Creation of a website using a Joomla template
- Customisation of website header to incorporate your logo
- Creation of a menu structure
- Upload of up to 3 free joomla extension modules
- Creation of up to 15 web pages
- Upload of up to 25 images
- Creation of newsletter/database sign up
- Creation of 2 email addresses
- Creation of 1 spam-proof form (contact form, enquiry form or quote form)
- Creation of website links to your facebook and twitter pages
- Backend information supplied and brief training provided (if required) to enable you to use your website
The prices above do not include the domain name or hosting. We can provide you with info on how to arrange them yourself or we can organise them for you at extra cost.
Please note the following Terms of Service:
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of $250 is required after the acceptance of our quote and before any work can begin.
Once the work has been completed full payment is required within 7 days. Once payment is made we than provide you with your backend user and password details and brief training is provided. We hold the right not to complete this step if the final payment has not been made and hence the website will not be accessible to you.
Unpaid Invoices
In the event of invoices being overdue and reminder notices being ignored, after 30 days of invoice due date charges of 20% will apply.
If payment is not received after 35 days legal action will be taken.
Agreement
Acceptance of our quote is treated as agreement to commence work and that you have agreed to our Terms of Service.
Cancellations and Terminations
Either party may cancel and terminate the project at any time for any reason in such event all work will stop immediately and deposit made prior shall be retained by Stylescene.
Clients Alterations
Any changes requested by the client before the approval of the final design are referred to as draft adjustments and fall under the scope of works and no extra charges will incur. Number of draft adjustments will be agreed upon prior to commencement of works.
If more adjustments or additions are needed a new quote will be issued.
Website Link
At the bottom of your new website, we will include a link to our website which will state “website created by Stylescene” and in return we will place an image and link of your website on Stylescene website so the potential customers could view our work.
